Status Code Descriptions
The table below list all the status code descriptions for Banner Administration System.

| AW | Admin Withdrawal from AU | Usually, due to non-compliance with immunization law |
| MW | Medical WD/LOA | Took a Medical Leave of Absence during the term (W's assigned) |
| RE | Registered | Registered for this class by staff in the Student Service Center |
| RW | Web Registered | Student registered for this class on the web |
| WC | Withdrawal from a Course (W) | |
| WD | WD/LOA with "W" Grades | Withdrew or took a non-medical LOA by last day to WC* |
| WG | WD/LOA too late for "W" Grades | WD or took a non-medical LOA after last day to WC |
| WL | Wait Listed | NOT registered; on the waiting list and hoping to get in |
* Or, withdrew/took a non-med LOA after last day to withdraw from a course with Dean's permission to receive W's
