Alfred University-About Student Payroll Checks Student Payroll Checks
Business Office > Student Payroll Checks
Student payroll can be paid in the form of check or direct deposit. To request direct deposit stop in the Business Office to complete an Authorization for Direct Deposit. You will need a check marked "void" if you are using a checking account, or a deposit slip for a savings account.

If you are a new student at Alfred University you will need to complete withholding forms in the Business Office.

Student payroll checks or direct deposit receipts are distributed to the students Powell Box if one is available. If there is no Powell Box the payroll check or direct deposit receipt can be picked up at the Student Service Center in Seidlin Hall. The student payroll schedule can be viewed to determine the dates that payroll checks or direct deposit receipts will be available.

If you are expecting a payroll check or direct deposit receipt and one was not received, contact Deb Horton in the Business Office. She can be contacted by phone (2962) or email.
