Welcome to My-AU, Alfred University's student portal. Though this web site is geared toward AU students, faculty, and staff, visitors do have access to limited information (see below).

Are you not able to sign in or a visitor?
If you are not a member of the Alfred University campus community, you will be able to view the web page's information but will not be able to sign in.  You will not be able to submit content such as announcements and polls, and will not be able to browse the student photo directory or see other secured information.

If you are a member of Alfred University but can't sign in, you probably need to get a University network account. Registered students can use the online account activation process. Faculty and staff can visit the ITS website for more information on getting an account.

Once you have a network account activated, you will be able to sign in to My-AU with the username and password for that account.

Are you able to sign in but can't use some features?
Some students and faculty/staff may have network accounts but not have any profile and preferences information available on My-AU. This can happen for a number of reasons. If a student requests to make his/her directory information unavailable, we are unable to provide profile information for that student. In some cases, you may not have a profile available because your records have not yet been added to the My-AU database.

If you do not have a profile, you will be able to sign in to My-AU but you will not be able to customize the appearance of the site or edit your personal profile information. You will, however, have access to the student and faculty/staff photo directories, Banner, and email. You can also still submit content on My-AU, such as announcements.
