SECTION XV – ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATION, INTERPRETATION AND REVISION

• All existing rules and procedures governing student conduct shall remain in effect unless amended or rescinded. The University expressly reserves the right to modify or revoke, without prior notice, part or all of the provisions contained in this document.  The University shall give notice of any revision or revocation of all or any portion of any existing rule or procedure governing student conduct.

• The University, through the dean of students, vice president for student affairs, president, collectively or in their individual positions, is authorized to prepare such policies, rules, regulations, by-laws, and other matters as they shall, at their discretion.

• Any question of interpretation or application of the student code of conduct shall be referred to the dean of students or designee for final determination.

• The student code of conduct shall be reviewed each year under the direction of the dean of students.
