The dean of students shall determine the composition of the judicial bodies and determine which judicial body shall be authorized to hear each case.
The dean of students shall develop policies for the administration of the judicial program and procedural rules for the conduct of hearings.
Decisions made by a judicial body and/or administrative hearing officer shall be final, pending the conclusion of the appeal process.
