Alfred University believes it has the responsibility and obligation to create an environment on campus which fosters respect for all cultures and ethnic groups represented at the University. Also inherent within an educational institution is the belief that the University should provide an environment which will not condone or tolerate acts of racial harassment against individuals or groups.
Any student involved in an incident of harassment toward another individual in the form of racial insult, bigotry, or of a discriminatory nature, will be subject to judicial action.
