Supporting Communities Recovering From Natural Disasters

The 2017 tropical storm season wreaked widespread devastation. In August, Hurricane Harvey made landfall in Texas, particularly the Houston area. Then in September, Hurricane Irma hit Florida. Communities across the Gulf Coast will need support for years to come.

Alfred University is committed to helping our local community and communities further away. The following guidelines from the Corporation for National and Community Service and the Center for International Disaster Information will help maximize the impact of our contributions to hurricane relief efforts.
