How and when are refunds determined?
Refunds based on excess credits are made payable to the student and issued automatically after the end of the add/drop period if all payments and financial aid are finalized.  Refunds will be available by direct deposit (if set up) or in the students’ Powell Mailbox as they are processed.

Refunds based on Parent Plus Loans are automatically refunded and mailed to the Parent unless the parent indicated on their PLUS loan application or has provided written information (for each term) that the refund should be made payable to the student.
