Are you in need of a replacement diploma? Various reasons to order a replacement would be if original diploma was lost or damaged, Name change, Etc.

In order to request a replacement diploma, please fill out and submit the Request for a Replacement Diploma Form. We will get in touch with you either via phone or email to verify the information provided.

Please Note:

  • The baseline cost for a replacement diploma is $20; additional fees will vary. Payments can be made over the phone once information is verified. 
  • Paid replacement diploma orders will be processed once a month — typically at the beginning of each month.
  • All replacement diplomas will have the current official signatures. 
  • If you are looking for a replacement for a doctoral diploma, please contact the Registrar's office.
