ITS offers software installation and troubleshooting for the software listed below.

    • Microsoft Office Availability: Students, staff, and faculty can access Office anywhere they have an internet connection by logging into 0365 Portal with their username and password. OneDrive, OneNote, Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and more are available from almost any browser. There are also mobile apps available for these programs as well; try them out on your cell phone or tablet.

    Student Install Page

    1. Click "Get Started" and select "student" and enter your date of birth.
    2. Enter your name and Alfred email
    3. Fill out the forms as instructed, set your country to "United States" and select "Alfred University" as your institution.
    4. After the forms are completed you will be asked to confirm your email, after doing so you should be able to install any/all of the software listed on the page.
    5. Clicking the "Install" button under any of the listed software will download a file for you to run that will install the program.
