Verify your Class Rosters
To coincide with our final enrollment census report we ask that you verify your class rosters between Aug. 28th and Sept. 10th.
When reporting begins you should get an external Enrollment Census Campaign email via Navigate. If you do not see the email, please check your junk or spam folder.
When verifying your rosters, please log in to Banner Web and confirm that your class lists accurately reflect the students who are currently attending.
IMPORTANT: Report Students Who Are Not Attending
Please note that attendance concerns should not be reported through roster verification. Instead, submit an Issue Alert for the student in Navigate.
Accurate roster verification is important for two reasons:
1. Student Records and Registration
o Registration issues become increasingly difficult to resolve as the term progresses.
o Inaccurate enrollment records can affect students' billing, financial aid, academic progress, and final grading.
2. Census Enrollment Reporting
o We rely on this data not only for internal planning and fiscal management but also for reporting to accrediting organizations and state and federal agencies.
o Accurate reporting ensures compliance and supports the integrity of our institutional data.
Thank you for completing your roster verification by the Sept. 10th deadline.
