Campus Mail Services are available in two locations:
Incoming Mail & Packages and Outgoing Federal Express letter services are available in Powell Campus Center, 1st Floor.
Outgoing letter mail and small packages are available through Procurement Services, Greene Hall, 1st Floor.
To ensure you have a positive experience interacting with Campus Mail Services there are a few things you need to know. Please take a moment to review the information provided. If you have questions do not hesitate to call ext. 2666 during normal working hours.
Federal Express – Envelopes and packages can be sent from the Mailroom with either a prepaid label or using the appropriate form for Domestic or International shipments. (Forms attached)
Incoming packages - Packages are received daily and must be logged into the system prior to your picking up. Once your package is logged into the system, you will receive an email and/or text stating that you have a package. You may pick up your package at that time.
Due to space limitations, all packages must be picked up within 5 days of receiving notification you have a package. If you do not pick up your package, it will be returned to the sender.
Outgoing letter mail & small packages – Envelopes and packages up to 30lbs may be mailed via USPS from Procurement Services, Greene Hall using the attached Mail Process Form.
Mail must be delivered to Greene Hall by 2:00 p.m. for same day mailing. Mail arriving after the 2:00 p.m. deadline will be sent out the following business day.
