Registrar’s Office maintains all academic information related to student records, course information, and academic policy. The office coordinates registration; course schedules; university catalogs; graduating and awarding of degrees; and enrollment or degree verifications via the National Student Clearinghouse. Our staff is here to assist students, staff, and faculty with any academic or registration inquires.

Our Spring and Fall semester hours are Mon-Fri from 8:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.

Our Summer hours are Mon-Fri from 8:00 a.m.- 3:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time from May-August.

Alfred University students often have a choice of voting locally in Allegany County or by absentee ballot in their home county or state. Download a voter registration form and get more information about voting in New York State from the NYS Board of Elections. Paper copies of NYS Voter Registration forms are available on-campus at the Center for Academic Success, Herrick Library, Scholes Library, Powell Information Desk and the Office of Residence Life.
