The mission of the ITS Helpdesk is to encourage, empower, and educate Alfred University faculty, staff, and students in their use of computer technology. We are committed to providing a reliable single point of contact for our users by giving courteous and prompt attention to each incoming request.

Sunday: 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Monday: 8:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Tuesday: 8:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Wednesday: 8:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Thursday: 8:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Saturday: Closed
Note: Telephone support is also available Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m.
Summer Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
